WHEN DO YOU DO ESTIMATES?
If you don't need to be on site for the initial estimate we can stop by anytime of the day in between projects. Simply provide your address and basic information on what you are looking for and we will give you an estimate ASAP.

If you prefer an in person estimate just let us know and we will schedule a time to come by and do a walk through with you.

Please allow +/- 15 minutes for us to arrive. If we will be later than that we will contact you.

Design & Installations

These projects generally take multiple meetings and conversations to lock in the design, select the materials and get prepared prior to the start date.
Designed and installed jobs tend to take longer due to the many choices and challenges both known and unknown.

If you have specific dates or deadlines that need to be met please let us know prior to the start date so we can accommodate.

Clean-Ups

Full Day
4-6 hours plus clean up and debris disposal. ​
Half Day
2-4 hours plus clean up and debris disposal.

IF WE HIRE YOU, WHO SHOWS UP TO DO THE WORK?
We are a two person team. We do bring in help from time to time on larger jobs.
DO YOU WORK OUTSIDE OF WEST SEATTLE?
We consider jobs from all over.
However, our maintenance routes are only West Seattle, Burien, White Center and Georgetown.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently accept Cash, Check, Venmo CashAPP and Paypal.
WHAT TYPE OF EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?
We use industry standard equipment such as Stihl and Honda.
DO YOU USE CHEMICALS?
No. We use and suggest organic methods in place of chemicals for Weed Control, Soil/Vegetation Management and things of that nature.
DO YOU DEAL WITH BEES?
We remove Wasp and Yellow Jacket nests. If you have concerns about friendly bees on your property please contact your local beekeeper for relocation.
